I grew up in real estate—crawling through attics, laying shingles, and helping my family build homes we’d live in and sell. Years later, as a single mom and bartender, I bought my first duplex and began building what is now a multimillion-dollar hospitality portfolio.
That journey shaped the foundation of Collective Destinations, a portfolio of boutique hotels, luxury glamping retreats, and lifestyle assets in emerging markets. Our system—what I call BRRRR STR—acquires undervalued properties, repositions them, and creates both guest experiences and strong investor returns.
Our proof is undeniable: Araya Resort transformed from a tired property into a top-ranked destination on TripAdvisor in just three months. Today, with $12.5M in assets under management and 750+ five-star reviews, our team continues to spot trends before the mainstream market catches on.
