We are a quiet family that lives upstairs. Myself, my husband, my son and our dogs. You may hear the dogs and kid wrestling occasionally, but we will be respectful of your peace and tranquility. I am available by phone, text and email or just come knock on the door. I love to interact with guests if you would like. I will also respect your privacy and only interact if you reach out. You have a smart lock entry code to let yourself in.

This is a very walkable neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful. Neighbors are always out walking their dogs or just getting some fresh air. We have a gully just 2 blocks away with walking trails, a park and a creek. The mountain views are amazing!! You are just 10 minutes from the mouth of either canyon and in just 20 minutes you could be skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, whatever your heart desires!

There is a ski bus just a 0.9 miles away that will take you where you want to go without needing a transfer. There is a parking space for your car if you rent one. Whole foods and Dans grocery are 1.2 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from as well.
